2 Day Open Rate

The percentage of recipients who opened the email within 48 hours of the email being sent.

Engagement

Viewed - The percentage of recipients who have opened Miova platform emails.

Clicked - The percentage of recipients who have opened the Miova platform emails AND clicked at least one link.

Unopened - The percentage of recipients who have not opened the Miova platform emails

Audience Score

Included in all Miova emails is a recipient feedback survey. The audience score is the average score provided by all respondents.

Response Rate

This is the percentage of your team who Viewed the email AND submitted an Audience Score.

You can use the dashboard filters to adjust the metrics by email send date, created by or specific emails.
